It stars George clooney who is a guy that works at a law firm and does all the cleanup involving laws or something. I thought it was based on a true story because the title is a bit unusual for it to be just a regular movie, but I guess it isn't. Basically the movie is okay but it's kinda scattered, most likely for that edgy feeling.

Isn't Micheal Clayton the name of some bigtime hollywood actor or something? The name sounds vageuly familier
