Anyway, could you guys suggest any good (non-fps) multiplayer games?
I think game reviews called it Age of Empires 2 clone when it came out, but it's more than that. You get to control much larger armies plus LOTS of different unit types and upgrades, so there are countless strategies you can use to beat your opponent. It's a bit old, but you mentioned Q3 in your original post, so I guess that's not a problem.sarge112 wrote:never heard of it, what is it like?
Am I the only person that found Civ IV a big disappointment? Or have there been major changes since it was released (and I last played it)? I'm still playing III and all its expansions all over, but IV is shitCthulhu wrote:I don't know, Dawn of War? Neverwinter Nights? Since you mentioned Civ, IV seems to have a lot of people.
I don't know, I'm very terrible at 4X games. And yet for some reason I keep playing them. I only won a game of Master of Orion once, I believe. Playing for two hours as the pacifist hindu then getting my ass owned by Gaelic axemen assholes was fun, though.Frater Perdurabo wrote:Am I the only person that found Civ IV a big disappointment? I'm no RTS expert either. Maybe that's why I enjoyed DOW so much.sarge112 wrote:i have dawn of war, its ok but its not very deep, more of a focus on action than strategy. I found the campaigns where waaay too easy, considering ive been through warcraft 2 and 3, and starcraft,bw
Nope. Bye.sarge112 wrote:But not an fps, i've already got cs, tf2, and quake 3.
