The Venom shirt I picked up at Wal-Mart. And they said I'd probably look like Morgan Freeman when I get older, sure when I grow a beard :D

Good to see I am more or less the Token colored folk around this place. And as for my GF, she isn't into fire arms, though I will sure try and get her to pose with the sword at least.

Carib, I have a question. I plan on joining the army shorty but I need to get in better shape. I have a problem with the duck-walk and would like to know what one has to do to strengthen the proper leg muscles for this. Thanks.

They have cool names now for different parts of army training.

Like "Forge of Fire"/etc.

Remember the song : "quack-qwack, waddle-waddle!"

in order to strengthen proper muscles for duck-walking, do the duck-walk you fool.
Or if you totally cant, swim. Swimming is the ultra exercise everyone recommends for any muscles.

Pip pretty much answered the question for me. Yes, practice does often make perfect. Trying out the exercises is a great way to be somewhat prepared for Basic. Now, Basic isn't that hard really, just a lot of mental mind fucking.

You will be doing exercises that will leave you crying to your deity for release, believe me, I know.

What do you plan to do in the Army? Infantry? Supply? Medical? Artillary?

And swimming is a great way of exercising, too. We don't do much of it, but its better than running all day long.

Probably infantry or supply. Diet and exercize are the key. I'm gonna try that low carb thing-a-ma-jig and do some swimming for a while, then work out a bit.

Yes, eat lots of carbohydrates and get yourself some decent fucking diabetes.
Someone break Subhumans hands please.

I didn't say eat lots of carbohydrates. I said low-carb diets are horseshit, and decades upon decades of medical science agrees with me. So shut your clueless piss-ant face and suck my cock - you know, the one that isn't built like a 10-year old's.

Oh now I get it. You're not only dumb and gay, but also a pedophile.

Anyway, nowadays EVERYTHING got TOO MUCH carbs. Eat 'low carb' food brings you on a NOMINAL STANDARD. Today's food, and you as someone who obviously enjoys cooking should be able to agree, is way to synthetic, processed, full of shit and yucky.

No, you don't get it. That was yet another in a long line of jokes about your penis size. But nice attempt at deflecting it.

And here's the thing about carbs, and I'll say this once: It's not carbs that make you fat. It's the huge, heaping, ginormous platefuls of carbs that most of North America (and some other parts of the world) has grown up thinking is the norm that makes you fat. Low-carb diets do not bring you to a "nominal standard", they deprive you of essential vitamins, minerals, and energy compounds present in high-carb foods (which include fruits and vegetables). Another flaw of the low-carb diets is their stipulated increase in protein intake, and protein is something that most humans already get plenty of - in fact, it's easy to consume too much, and the consequences of such are not pretty.

Put simply, good nutrition is, and always has been, about balance and portion control. Look at Europe. Look at Italy, for crying out loud. Pasta is their national food. It's served there every day, in almost every household, without fail. But Italians eat moderate portions of the stuff, and fresh fruit and vegetables are served with every meal. And put even more simply, any diet that tells you eating bacon is a better idea than eating a piece of fruit should be treated with a good dose of suspicion at best, outright ridicule at worst.

Convenience food, yes. But food cooked with fresh ingredients and using the entire spectrum of the food pyramid? A different beast entirely.

Dude you can joke about my penis size as much as you want. It will stay JOKES. Why do I see it as jokes? Because I see my dick's actual size every day. I don't say I have a third leg, but I'm happy with it.

Enough of that.

I partially agree with the carbs. It's about balance. I never said GETTING FAT though, I just said DIABETES. I know skinny people with diabetes, and fatties which are surprisingly healthy.

I'm sure doing the low carb diet for a months won't hurt.

It's good to start the day with some carbs. But that's about it.

Zuviel Natur gibt Gallensteine.

Just ask your grandmother what she ate, old people know more about good nutrition than today's people because there was less fast food back then.

Stalker diet:

Embalmed sausage, "bread", and some shit from a can.

Wash it all down with Cossack's Vodka and energy-drink.

Exercise all day shooting people with Airsoft assault rifles that take 20 shots to kill somebody. (Try for headshots.)

Gather up all the loot onto one body then drag it a half mile to a footlocker.

Load up the footlocker and resume wandering.

Keep wandering and killing and looting and eating embalmed sausage, "bread", energy drinks, and vodka.

Stay thin and watch out for bleeding.
