Just keep your eyes open mango. Next time it happens, I suggest you smack her around.

uh...doubt she got any during that gore...it was like 2 days... and hey...WE ACTUALLY ARE DEVOTED TO EACH OTHER, HOW GOD DAMN RARE!

and yeah...i know toxic...after everything is 'good' again i'ma approach that one

edit: guess i forgot to make it clear that for us, taking a break means just chilling out and not really talking/interacting...doing anything w/ anyone else to us is still very much cheating..

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the no-interaction thing. How is this normal for a couple? Even if she wants to clear her head and sort some stuff out, she needs to be completely isolated from other humans to do it?

incidentally my girl and i also just agreed yesterday after a long discussion to spend a little time apart so we (she) can figure out what we (she) really want(s)

she just texted me mentioning shed seen something on television that we always joke about, and then finished by saying, "something always reminds me of you, it seems"

believe it or not she just called me. i guess she just needs more space and just not AS MUCH interaction, at least for a while? she's crazy as all hell and i love her, so i'll deal...and i'm sure its just one of those things right now w/ way way too much going on.

Sounds like you're the underdog here; you need to gain momentum. Sleep with her best friend and you (she) will figure out sooner. If, for some reason, she manifests dissatisfaction, just say "it seems, she reminded me of you".

Forget that. My point is, don't be the underdog. State what you want and go with it.

ya, Chasing Amy is rather weak and Affleck and Damon really are annoying in all of the films, they should be gassed

Really? I found Gigli to be a very deep and moving film, and Good Will Hunting was a masterful effort on Damon's part, donchathinkhuhdoncha?

No not really. Anybody waste their time on the Machinist? I hated the film, but I thought the acting was excellent - and I just saw ... forget his name at the moment ... and the film. Shoot. The guy that plays in Batman Begins and the Machinist - he acted as a child too in a movie about China where his parents had to flee (they were British) and he got left behind, hooked up with a couple of thieves, etc etc - whatever that movie was, it was pretty good. Empire of the Sun, or something like that.

edit - Christian Bale (or whatever)
