Talk about music, movies, TV, books, other types of entertainment and what your vices are. Also, if you're addicted to the high you get off Aspirin, this is the place to talk about it.
I saw it last night with a friend not knowing what to expect much and it was quite good. It's by the coen brothers which made some movies before and stuff and this one has been getting good reviews. The movie was quite interesting but the ending sucked pretty bad. I recommend you see it.
The ending of the book was pretty sucky too so at least they stayed faithful. I really can't wait to see this. The Coen Bros. and Cormac McCarthy combined! Fucking awesome. The Coen Brothers are incredible... Fargo, Lebowski, Miller's Crossing, Raising Arizona. I loved the book except for the strange ending, I only wish they had decided to tackle Blood Meridian instead but this story may be more up their alley.
THE END
Yeah, I never much trusted emotion in place of critical analysis. Fargo wasn't my favorite Coen Brothers film, not even in my top ten favorites of their work, but I certainly don't hate the fucker.
Yikes.. thats a strong emotion for such a movie. I found it to be a fun and interesting movie. Please explain Dreadnought.
When I watched it I was really angry and stressed out and I didn't pay much attention so the whole thing seemed like nothing is happening, only lot's of ugly people saying YA constantly.
I can't remember anything from the movie. Just some corpse, a parking lot, some people shooting, a car dealer?, some people doing shit....... SHIT SHIT SHIT!
I enjoyed Fargo immensely. Predominantly for the hilarious employment of the mulcher. Would be lie most casual to claim recollections of anything less vague.
