Grim Reaper's Sprint.

Since Bethesda decided to make Fallout 3, we figured we might as well have a forum about it.

I thought the "Money Talks" one wasn't too bad? The "Falling from Heaven" would would be good for a laugh or two, but would quickly grow tiresome as well as seeming more of a call to the "ZANY FALLOUT 2 HUMOR!" which.....well compared to this game is kind of a godsend.

The winner perk also seems to make the game's VATS combat system resemble what I originally stated it to be - a special bar for SUPER AWESOME SLO-MO.

Klepto wasn't bad either, or You First. Still, even in reading the official forums there were some much much better ideas that came a hell of alot closer to the original spirit of Fallout that Bethesda is so doggedly pursuing (VAULT LOL).

I wonder if you're gonna be able to do wicked 3 meter high jumps with 900 degree spins in which you shoot entire towns in a manner which would make Monev The Gale look like a swell guy with a BB gun.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=BiVRD06KCrU - if you don't know who Monev the Gale is. It's the purple fellow.

It is the perk we most wanted to pick as players.
Of course. Why wouldn't you choose a skill that allows you to kill everything you meet without having to end your "turn".

Fallout 3 - even your downy kid will have fun with it. We also want to remind you that a DVD has no pointy edges and is difficult to swallow.

I submitted about 5, none especially great. Still, I would like to think at least one of the ones I turned in was at least marginally better than every last one they selected.

I did and I placed in the runner-ups and before anyone starts flaming, it was Money Talks. Though I never expected it to win, meh, I submitted better perks ideas (at least in my opinion, but what do I know.)

And no, I have no idea what I'm getting as a prize. No one has contacted me about it yet.

Ausir asked me to participate, but then he went underground and I felt I'd be selling out if I gave them anything good. Wouldn't matter if I did, by the looks of it.

the worst....

When you're in a combat and losing it, a random object (a spoon, a table, etc.) might fall from the sky and hit your enemy, causing damage (the amount of damage is relevant to the mass of the object). This perk naturally only works outdoors.

Nuclear Man (or Woman)
Your body reacts like a battery to radiation and you've learned to harness it. Once per day, you can unleash a mini Nuclear explosion from your body, causing (X) amount of damage to all combatants in (X) radius.

A good idea...

Money Talks
You receive a bonus to your Charisma, Reputation and Speech skills in direct proportion to your wealth.
does this work
