Frailty is at #11, anyone who hasn't see it should, it's great. And I don't think 28 days later should be #10...at all.

Horror mocies...horror mocies... my favorite would have to be the SHining although it really doesn't scare me anymore. Most horror movies I see once are pretty much useless to me ever after.
I have never even heard of Frailty but it sounds really good. Religious nutcase goes on killing spree.. you know I'm down.

Haloween at #1?
I saw it lately, did not age well at all. I've always been a sucker for Carpenter and his cheesy synth scores though. Nice to see Romero, Cronenberg, Raimi, Carpenter get their due. Most of those recent ones are too fucking gimicky for me (sixth sense, blair witch, the nipponese remakes).
What the fuck happened to Carpenter though, he's really lost it. He pumped out some classics (Thing, Assault on Precint 13, Excape from NY, Christine, etc.) but nothing good from the last 20 years no?
Raimi has gone full blown Hollywood.
Peter Jackson too.
At least we still have Cronenberg, that twisted Canuck.

I could recommend you a site with reviews by 2 guys writing for a major Polish newspaper - end I mostly agree with them more-or-less, but it wouldn't be quite useful (other than how many 'stars' they give to what)
Anyhow, I find rottentomatoes average rating (not tomatometer) a better clue as to what's worth checking out than box office statistics.
