Well between work, writing, and dodging my family, I've begun construction of a replica of what's called a Spirit Box.

It's an early Judeo-Christian item, or set of items, based around the bones of a person or creature (usually a Saint or a blessed animal, though I'm just using simple cow bones) that through ritual can be used to influence the spirit world in a variety of ways, from divining information to lashing out at someone.

Of course, I've no expectation of it working, nor would I want it to. It's all rubbish anyways. Just thought it might be a neat thing to have, plus it gives me an opportunity to carve bone, which is always interesting.
