I nearly cried thinking that the dog died because Will Smith is too black for his own good.POOPERSCOOPER wrote:Ya, i liked that part the most.
I still shed a tear when I think about what happened afterwards.

I'm only skimming over this thread 'cause I hate spoilers, but I gather you're all not really impressed with iamlegend;
question is, despite not being great, is it worth the money to see it at the cinema, or should I just get DVD/divx.
(I want to see it either way, I want to know how they made it and how it compares to the Omega Man)

Is anything worth seeing at the cinema? Depends on your preferences. There's really no spectacular effects that make it a must-see-at-cinema movie. I reckon you get easily as much out of it on DVD.PiP wrote:question is, despite not being great, is it worth the money to see it at the cinema, or should I just get DVD/divx.
If you're comparing it to Omega Man, you'll find some annoyances. Neville played by Will Smith is different from Neville by Charlton Heston. But other than that, it's less B-movieish and more Men in Black-er than Ω man.I want to see it either way, I want to know how they made it and how it compares to the Omega Man)

Fuck this shit. Steal it.Splatterpope wrote:I'd say it does benefit from a cinema experience. There are some "Indoor scenes" that would definitely go down better on a huge screen with crazy surround sounds and such.
