Wire
Sopranos
Prisoner
Band of Brothers
Office (UK)
Sledge Hammer
Oz

six feet under (the first season anyway, it turns to rubbish afterwards)

i just started watching the wire, after finishing the sopranos, both are/were real good. i think it's safe to say that television >>>>> film right now okay. :hbo:

I lost interest in OZ during the first season.
Sopranos lasted 3 seasons.
Band of Brothers was fucking excellent TV.
Never could stand Curb Your Enthusiasm. Fuck I hate that main charater.

I haven't heard of the others. I'm always up for TV worth watching though.

I don't watch much TV anymore aside from channels like History, National Geographic, Outdoor Life, Discovery and movies.
Just leave or rotate between and there is always something to watch.

I used to watch shit like Carnivale, Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls, Harsh Realm and Weeds.
Most shows either go to shit after the first season or get cancelled nowadays.

Office is fucking brilliant.
Also, I watched Supernatural and Dexter. Both are quite enjoyable, although Dexter s2 became like a fucking drama series (but isn't that what they all are anyway :drunk:?)

I liked the US version more than the UK version. The 1st season of both series were pretty much the same.:subhumanwasright:

Firefly was an OK scifi show.

I haven't seen Stephen King's the Stand; opinions?

office us = brilliant show americanized to a pretty good show. doesn't compare to the original though, no way josé
firefly = if i was into buttshit this would be my choice too



I'm downloading Brass Eye right now, watched a little bit and seems pretty great.
Trying to find Jam too.
