That's not strictly true, because your post still sounds wildly off base and insane.popscythe wrote:Nobody argues for a point like you arguing against it.

You guy's boy Ridley Scott is actually directing one. While on Ridley I can never understand why anyone prefers Blade Runner to Alien. THAT is a hell of a film.Nicolai wrote:the book isn't all that good either, maybe a blood meridian movie would be more interesting
my vocabulary skills is above you.
Unfortunately, you're going to have to be able to both read and UNDERSTAND the words I've written to be able to know what I was talking about.SuperH wrote:That's not strictly true, because your post still sounds wildly off base and insane.popscythe wrote:Nobody argues for a point like you arguing against it.
Make a circle of salt around your keyboard and say "comprehension" backwards three times and you're in the club, buddy.
Edit: When you translate what I wrote into Polish does it really change all that much?

Well if you dig the whole Neo-Noir thing I would recommend "The Element of Crime". It's a post-apocalyptic neo-noir mystery/thriller from Denmark shot entirely in sephia. As far as I'm concerned it takes Blade Runner in atmosphere, cinematography, mood and character development any day of the week.

Ha, you never know what to expect from a Lars von Trier movie, though I haven't seen any from before Dancer in the Dark(which was total bullshit), but I really loved Dogville.Aonaran wrote:Well if you dig the whole Neo-Noir thing I would recommend "The Element of Crime". Naw, I walk by it each time I go to that video store to rent a movie, but I can never convince myself to rent it. I always move away to the "old movies" section. And I hate sequels with different actors than the first one.Aonaran wrote:I actually haven't seen any of his other stuff, just The Element of Crime. Have you seen Manderlay? Apparently it did so poorly in the box office he couldn't fund the third part of the trilogy. Still, I hear they are both brilliant.
