The cops from before 1994 were kind of like the empire, so that pic is almost historically accurate, except for the fact that the black guy is in too-nice clothes.

I just watched the Task force doku... that is some hardcore shit. Those are some of the hardest cops I have ever seen. Closer to army special forces than SWAT. Thanks for the heads up, glad I d/l it. :dankie:

Part two is all about dressing in pimp clothes and going undercover; some pretty awesome stuff from the initiation, some live fire exercises and an officer shooting at a car during a highway car chase resulting in the car crashing and spinning onto the wall on the side of the road. hollywood aint got shit on these guys..

havent gotten a hold of part 3 yet.. but 66% and counting.

So I went out and shot an AK-47 for the first time yesterday - a friend of mine picked on eup for $200 - not a bad haul - it's not registered, and it's full auto - so all the way to our secluded shooting spot I was sweating bullets (no pun intended?)

No gun I have ever shot, including an MP5, had that much awesome wrapped up in one package. Seeing as how it's completely illegal w/out proper permits, I'll probably never own a full-auto, but just...wow.

It was mechanical ejaculation for about an hour straight. Complete win.

Not the most accurate gun, but we were shooting pretty far, and I admit I haven't shot many assault rifles, so it was probably just my inexperience, but even at about....35-50 yards, it was still a pretty good shot circle.

Heh.. I allways wanted to get me a full auto AK, pulling the trigger will force a whole platoon to keep their heads down. Unfortunately I've only ever gotten to fire a G3 at full auto, and it was a pretty damn solid weapon. How hot did the ak get? I heard it was able to fire full auto, red hot, and still work properly. is it a slight exaggeration?

eh, we didn't get it red hot - but we got it smoking and hot enough that it left a red mark on my fingers for a day and a half - which were slightly sore. Then again, we only fired about 5 clips each - and only 2 clips were fired fully auto.

It had enough force where the first clip I shot, I actually had to regain my footing, as it pushed me back a bit. Nothing I've shot has ever done that before (shotguns I was ready for) so that was pretty intimidating.

Since it wasn't my gun (and illegal) I wasn't about to jeopardize it's awesome with dropping it in mud or anything. (Plus this is Arizona and so when do we ever have mud LOL)

What is wrong with you yanks? Why do you have this obsession with guns? I've never shot a real gun, to be honest, I'm not even sure whether I've ever actually held a real gun in my hands. And it's not something that I really want to do.

owning a firearm is essential to scaring the shit out of your goverment, knowing that the people is armed and prepared to defend themself against the police and armed forces.
