I dont care what you people say: Frank Herbert was a fucking stoner. I know he was. hyperspace, spice that is green and looks like oregano that makes you hallucinate when you eat it and makes your eyes 'blue' when you are exposed to lots of it. No one but a big fat stoner could have made that shit up. The planet is very dry too, kinda like his mouth after he finished that entire suitcase of 'spice' by himself.
