Let's try to find a good side on Fallout 3.

Since Bethesda decided to make Fallout 3, we figured we might as well have a forum about it.

There is nothing good to fallout 3. The program is a money producing mechanism. It won't even be a game. It will be a piece of conceptual art made by bethesda...it will be called "If we were going to make Fallout 3, it would be like this." Don't take beth seriously. Its just conceptual art. :P

Heh, first post.

It's probably going to have the most immersion ever created and it will be like we are emilio estives stuck in a video game.

Good point. (I think your point is that it's better than nothing, right?)

Did you even try Fallout Online? I emailed a few of the guys who did, and by far the response seemed to be positive.

One of the first things I look for in *any* game is the multiplayer option - and for Fallout to be transformed in any form to MP is muy bueno. The translations might suck a few balls, and the gameplay still needs to be tweaked (from what I've heard) but for the most part it's a rewarding experience, much like a poor man's WoW, but Fallout.

And besides, this has a hell of a lot better chance of getting off the ground than Interplay's verson of Fallout Online.....lol

Bethesda is already warming up the lawyers. They make them starve for a while before they unleash them to make them more vicious. Also, they utilize figging. :giggle:

I'd love to see bethesda try to fight the russians in a lawyer battle... i'd honestly be laughing my ass off if they could even figure out who to sue and how. Arguably, since it's a modification to fo2 they should be able to use whatever damned name they want.
