if it is "life-size", then we probably can, however, the American legal system being as sue-happy as it is, Bethesda's lawyers probably gave a thumbs down to there being any reference of actually wearing the Pipboy. Someone could pinch their arm, doing serious psychological damage to themselves, like never being able to wear a plastic armband...err....bracelet.....every again.

This court rules in favor the plaintiff - and awards $1,000,000 USD.
