Yes, the item does have that description. However Vree will give the PC a Laser Pistol that she says that she designed. I think that's what FireWolf's referring to. (Sounds like a designer foul-up to me.)

Besides, there are a few endings with NCR being taken over by right wing extremists and remnants of the Enclave... wouldn't make sense to choose a single ending for the whole sequel. That's why it must be a new area. I'm sticking with my vision of the son/daughter of the chosen one traveling to the Yukon and Alaska, then sailing to Russia :idea:

As for FOT, I played the demo and got bored in 10 minutes. It's just one really long combat turn. And the real time action doesn't help spice things up much, just makes you reload more often :wink:

Hmm I hear Planescape: Torment is good...
