Hancock
I saw it last night and it was okay, had a few laughs but the story halfway through kind of turned to crap. The concept is good to have like a superhero who is trying to be liked by people and stuff but towards the end it goes meh. Also Charlize Theraon is pretty hot in the movie and deserves a good spank on the butt. Jason Bateman is pretty funny guy usually, I also liked him in Juno and Teen Wolf Too(lawl). Will Smith is starting to look blacker and blacker to me for some reason, I think it might be when he shaves real close or something because his nose gets like freakin huge.
The movie is borderline on whether you should see it.

Because going to the movies is what my dad and I have always done together on Fridays so we basically see most of the stuff that comes out with a focus on anything with action or blockbusterness. If we didn't see anything except for the movies we absolutely wanted to see we wouldn't go that often.
We go to the movies just to go and if there is a good movie out then its a win win. Wanted and Hancock were on the "sure, lets see those" compared to like the movies Get Smart or the Love Guru a few weeks ago when we were like "eh, which one do you want to see? They both look kind of dumb."

rather small though
How about bulding a home theater and renting/buying classic movies that you know are good. I always watched WWII movies with my dad and they never were disappointing. Recently I bought a Hitchcock collection box and I'm sure they're better than any comic book movie ever can be. :vertigo:POOPERSCOOPER wrote:Because going to the movies is what my dad and I have always done together on Fridays so we basically see most of the stuff that comes out with a focus on anything with action or blockbusterness. My brother does the same thing and he just got a Hitchcock box tooVasikkA wrote:rather small though

An alcoholic black superhero who happens to be homeless (?) that voluntarily goes to jail? This sounds like at some point it was a really good dark comedy with some serious social commentary that just got passed around the studio until it because the typical Will Smith fluff entertainment bullshit you expect it to be. What the fuck?
my vocabulary skills is above you.

They should have made a Gamma World game instead of FO3.
Or a Thundarr the Barbarian game.
Bring back all the wierd architecture from Morrowind, add bizarre weather, centisteeds, etc.
clicky
