1975 chevy Vega

that's the car I wanna buy.. he's asking $2400 for it, I got the price down to $1600 (so far). It doesn't have power steering, no belts, it smells like burnt plastic inside, but it has a ski rack and a retractable tent. Plus it has heating, and a radio, but no antennae. Yay or nay?

I can't decide between a 2000 Honda Accord, Torneo and a recent addition to the list a 2000 Subaru Legacy B4. The subaru eats a shitload and it's like driving a cart (you feel every little bump) but it looks the best out of the 3. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?
