The Vault wiki has launched a Bethesda and Wikia-sponsored <a target="_self" href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Across_th ... s">contest </a>in which you can win copies of Fallout 3 and some swag:
<blockquote>The goal of the contest is to make it from <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_13" title="Vault 13">Vault 13</a> (the starting location in <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout" title="Fallout">Fallout</a>) to <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_101" title="Vault 101">Vault 101</a> (the starting location in <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3" title="Fallout 3">Fallout 3</a>) in seven clicks or less. Simply navigate from the <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_13" title="Vault 13">Vault 13</a> article to the <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_101" title="Vault 101">Vault 101</a> one by clicking on article links within the wiki's articles about the Fallout world and games.
On your way to Vault 101, you also need to visit at least one location from each Fallout game (Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3),
not counting Vault 13 and Vault 101. Other articles on your route do
not have to be locations, but you can only use each article once. Every
location that appears in more than one game counts for only one of
them. Categories, templates and other special pages don't count.

Do Vault 13 and Vault 101 count as 2 of the 7 clicks?

Going to Vault 13 doesn't count as a click (since that's where you start the journey), going to Vault 101 does.

What does it mean ..."Send your route " , is that.. oh nm i got it.

EDIT: Oh so is it ok if i were to go from the vault 13 to the vaults then to vault 101. lol it works and did it in 2 clicks.

Read the rules, ffs. You have to visit one location from each Fallout (FO1, FO2, FO3) game on your way.
