Send/Don't Send Bug

When I click on Play at Fallout 3 the Send/Don't Send message appears? How do I fix it?

You don't. You defenestrate yourself with your copy of FO3 instead.

and you're just experiencing one of what seems to be a swarm of bugs in F3. Wait for the patch? Reinstall?
