I think its about time we create a new topic for Fallout 3 modding cause as far as ive seen there's only topics for Fallout 1 & 2 and Tactics and we need a place to discuss our ideas and opinions about mods and tweaking for Fo3... right?

As far as i know... not yet. but im trying to work my way around to open fallout3.esm in Tes contruction set (Oblivion Editor) but it would seem that bethesda has used the same Havok physics engine on Fo3 but slightly improved wich makes Tes construction set crash when i try to open it. This cant be fixed unless Tes construction set gets a new patch but im working right now on trying to find a way to bypass this little issue with Havok engine by disabling the "Run Havok Sim" option and some of its dependencies in the editor cause i think that by doing so the editor will no longer check the Havok engine version and allow us to have some fun with it. I cant give you no guarantees (only my good will) but we will never know til we try it? Who knows... Maybe by the end of the week we will be killing daedra worshipers with Sub Machineguns and chasing raiders with bows and claymores... just stay tuned!
