i firmly believe that people should be able to own what ever type of fire arm that they want to, evean full auto , it keeps the govement from getting to
sure of it's self.
i cant spell right now cause im alll drunk and shiznit.
I think if you own a gun you should be legally required to own a safe of some description to store it in. That being said I think the "assault rifle" ban is complete bullshit, pure and simple. The term "assault rifle" is tacked on as a scare tactic to pass absurd legislation and gain political power.
Lets face it. If you own a gun, there is a bigger chance of some thug breaking into your house to steal it. There is however a much larger chance that he will be shot in the back of the head by whoever lives in the house. Fair play I say. Just dont go waving your piece in my face when your drunk.

If you'd ask that around here, you'd get a whole list of psychologists, criminologists and statistics experts who'd show you wrong.
It's not about "truth" or "lies", really, it's just which side of the fence you're standing on
I could pin-point you to several sources, but they'd be gibberish to you, since they're in Finnish. And I'm not planning on translating academical studies just for the fun of it. But trust me on this, what I said is true. A huge wave of psychologists etc. have published studies that say things like: "firearms-fixation is a mental illness", "hunting as a hobby is a result of a poor moral behaviour build during childhoold" and so on.
