More like the difference of military tradition, but I just happen to find those differences to be quite fascianting. It also mirrors the general viewpoint for "class advancement", in Marxist terms, in the society as a whole. Blame the university life, but I've been all theoretical about this kind of stuff lately.

Confront them with annihilation, and they will then survive; plunge them into a deadly situation, and they will then live. When people fall into danger, they are then able to strive for victory.

Naw, he has a point. I've been posting images way too often lately... what can I say? I've just stumbled across one-too many articles of lulz that I've felt necessary to pass onto DaC. Good to try and get it in while the place is still bleeding out, right?MR Snake wrote:Is it just me or does that look like Blarghs mom?

Because South Africa is the paragon of functioning government, stable economy and free speech, right?rabidpeanut wrote:Where you live it is not QUITE as capitalist as america. And by capitalist i mean corrupt, and by corrupt i mean and by i mean full of shit.
Oh wait, I forgot, it's the asshole of the world (and not Lithuania).
And before you argue, I'm an American, and I enjoy living in America. The eight years I spent in the shithole that is South Africa, not so much.

first, why do you post this in a thread with DAC members photos? Second, it's not funny. Third, the "teacher" who made corrections with a red pen can barely write.Manoil wrote:I don't want to stretch the page so I will post the link:

Sophmoric humor still gives me lulz, so I spose I must offer my apologies. Also, at the time, a pictures thread seemed like the right place to post it.PiP wrote:first, why do you post this in a thread with DAC members photos? Second, it's not funny.
