Haha, shit my bad! I don't mean to be creepy. Let me explain. Well I can't really account for past creepy activity I can account for this thread. You see it all started when I tried these so-called Sleep-eez Shots. They are these small drinks you take just before bed, and have so far been working wonderfully against my insomnia. The problem is that they are over-priced so I figured, since I dont have a job, I could spend some resources to get the ingredients of the drink and experiment wiht different mixtures of the ingredients, on myself of course.

I can't imagine how else I have been creeping you out though. Unless you mean my propoganda conspiracy thread..

Both the Simpsons and Daily Show, without the knowledge of the show creators, work as propaganda to keep the "educated" viewers focused on some imaginary Left/Right feud while the real enemies to the people of this country are the ones with the money.

Both, and I think sleep labs are a waste. I mean, if I guy can't sleep, he can't sleep. Mystery solved. No further analysis required. Give him some tranqs and send him home. Honestly, at this point, I would need something pretty strong to put me out.

you have no clue, mang. Sleeping labs are valuable if only to tell you that your sleep is perfectly normal (most cases). If not (rem sleep or deep sleep problems, general sleep architecture etc) they know how to treat your insomnia properly.

And tranquilizers, i.e. benzos are quite addictive on the one hand plus the sleep they induce is unhealthy and unnatural so it's not a good idea to use them.

Anyway, visit the professionals if you really have problems concentrating on your wake time or feel ill. How long are you awake in general? If it's not that much of a hassle try staying awake while you're tired till the time you usually go to sleep, maybe use coffeine to stay awake till then. Repeat maybe one or two times and you should be set.
Another cause for your sleeping problems may just be that your life sucks, if so, get that sorted out.
