Fuck no. But you can make your own forum to which you decide whom to invite, but the difference will be that it's not official DAC policy, and that DAC does not support something like that.

If you want to trade kiddie porn, women shitting over themselves and gory war photos, then you add people to MSN or whatever you had, and spam away. You don't need DAC for that.
