DAC Awards 2008 - And the winners are...

It was a long year. We saw the release of the long-awaited third installment in the Fallout franchise, we saw Interplay seemingly rise from the dead, and we certainly saw some ups and downs in the existence of Duck and Cover. Some of you have stood out over the year, so without further hesitation, I give you the winners of the DAC Awards 2008:
 
 




<ul>
<li>Most Useless Poster: Haris. While not intially many nominations or votes in this category, Haris took it away with his endearing posts about the cult-favorite Wasteland Merc series.</li>
<li>King of the Wasteland: Dreadnought. Fun fact - Dreadnought received the most blanket votes of any of the nominees. One voter didn't waste any time, demanding "Dreadnought for all of the bad ones."</li>
<li>Worst Troll: Dreadnought. This was a tight race, considering the recent emergence of Rad Resistance, but Dreadnought ended up pulling through in the end.</li>
<li>Spammiest Twit: S4ur0n27. Who doesn't love the goggles?</li>
<li>Biggest SDF: Rad Resistance. Another close race with Cazsim83 not far behind. Rad has proven to be the purest form of SDF on the DAC boards.</li>
<li>Scourge of Bethesda: St. Toxic. From his amazing images to his no-holds-barred posting, St. Toxic carried the category.</li>
<li>Psychosniper: Dreadnought. Interestingly enough, Psychosniper received only one nomination in his name-sake category. Did he even post in 2008?</li>
<li>Poet & You Know It: 4too. Known for posting in nothing but a clever poetic style, 4too was the clear winner.</li>
<li>Best Artist: St. Toxic. We can see his amazing images all over the boards. Honorable mention goes to Dogmeatlives.</li>

<li>Most Glorious Poster: Megatron. This was a no-brainer for most people, dominating the votes in this category. His well-rounded posting style has endeared much of the community to him.</li>

I think it was a quite good list though I agree that I should have won something cool.

Megatron won't accept the award because of how hollywood has been portraying Native Americans in the media.
