This is in regards to the trial against ThePirateBay which has had some interesting turn of events.
www.torrentfreak.com have some nice articles on the trial, although heavily biased obviously.
It's interesting to see how they(IFPI/Music Industry) don't understand the fundamentals of what exactly is going on, and that way they're killing their own case.
Half the evidence was dismissed one of the first days, and they've since then tried to present new stuff, midtrial.
I'd like to link the Ministers arguments on a comic, which is on the frontpage of TPB, but the site is blocked by my provider.

Couple years ago it was full of crap, like "HALO2.zip" at a totally not suspicious 14kb. Probably still is full of that crap. Most of the major pirates have moved from public torrents to private sites and to rapidshare nowadays,so there aren't many people to provide content for gnutella stuff.PiP wrote:btw, is there any use having LimeWire / another gnutella client?
