You too can discover the horror of Brotherhood of Steel 2

Post by Wolfman Walt »

<strong>[ Game -> Article ]</strong> - More info on <a href="#Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2">Game: Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2</a>

Remember that game everyone wishes it doesn't exist? No, not Fallout 3, that OTHER Fallout game everyone hated, Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. If anyone remembers, Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel was actually suppossed to be a trilogy and never got off the ground. Now you can see the OTHER Fallout game that never was and thank Herve for shutting his company down before this thing ever got out.

Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2 would have continued the proud tradition of being crap with exciting new options such as 4 playable characters, a brand new stealth mode, and furry death claws! You can read the design document over <a href="http://gameoftheart.com/downloads/Fallo ... n_Ver2.pdf" target="_self">here</a>.<p>Spotted @ <a href="http://gameoftheart.com">Game of the Art</a></p>

Sounds great, when does it come out!?

I think the best line is "Also, halfway through the game, the main plot will branch, giving the player a chance to play on either the side of good, or evil. The whole game will be geared towards giving the player the illusion of choice, in a linear structure."
off topic? OMG YOU'VE BEEN CENSORED... yet you're still posting. MYSTARY!!!!

If you think about it closely, that's exactly how all good RPGs are designed. The illusion of freedom is in your mind, not in the code. At least they were honest about it.

He runs a site with game concept art and stuff like that, so he probably has various sources.

So did I, but I figure that's just Interplay recycling assets instead of going off and making new ones. Besides, to the guys making it, it would have been undoubtably new and foreign and given that this was probably never supposed to leave interplay offices, yea. Who there would have cared?

I'm glad to see such in depth characters were planned as "Black Guy" "Hot Dyke" "Hot Chick" and "Fat Nerd"

Everyone would just play the fat white guy where they feel most at home.

I'm probably more at home with the "Hot Dyke" than "Fat Nerd" character. :chick:

Now I'll try to secure a copy of the script for Interplay's canceled Fallout movie next (from ca. 2000).

Why's it important that the latina woman (a, not o) likes to wear a sports bra under her very tight shirt?
