DarkUnderlords pet project for many years has just been canceled. You may remember the demo from some months ago and how it was horrible. DU writes a huge rant about what went wrong and why the project is a failure.

... but we barely scrounged a completed dialogue together and made
the script for it. We struggled to actually make a quest. We did finish
most of the maps.

If you read his rant he talks about how great the Arcanum toolset was, I don't know why he didn't make a good mod for that.

I think it might be a cause for his breakdown and rage. FMF being canceled and him working on that essay had his emotions in chaos so he unleashed them on us.

Saw this a mile away once I figured out DU was leading the project. That dude's a total loser, I doubt he even has the self confidence to put his pants on without having some lacky praise him for how well he does it. Little prick can't take any sort of criticism, as soon as people told him how many problems were with it he just threw his hands up and yelled "Fuck it, I'm done because I can't do it." What a little bitch.

So it wasn't even near completion. They could've set the release date to October 23rd, 2077.

I actually posted in their forum a month or two ago asking if the mod was now canceled because there was no updates to the demo be talked about or released after the first three. They quickly deleted the comment and called me a troll.
