Not sure how I feel about this one...
I sorta got it in my head to do a whole book based on the first expedition down the Colorado River in 1869. So this is just a single hypothetical page. I learned how to draw rock piles
So at this point in the story, the expedition has made it out of the Green River, and in the morning they are to start out on the Colorado River. G.Y. Bradley, the expedition chronicler finds Powell awake looking out at the river. He chats him up.
Only half of the ten men who set out with expedition leader, Major Powell, made it to the end of the journey.
