Return to Castle Wolfenstein... again... again?

Post by Stainless »

So I saw it sitting on the shelf today and wondered if anyone else has been my guinea pig yet and tried it. At the very least, I hope it spawns a cool Enemy Territory (as opposed to that terrible Quake one).

I'm not going to try it unless it gets lots of rave reviews about something. I never played return to castle wolfenstein though or enemy territory.

I'm going to try it right about now. :chew:

EDIT: Seems to be pretty gute so far. B)

EDIT2: It's actually pretty fun. You play as a polish jutten by the name of Blastowitz, or something to that effect, and you run around sniffing out gold and secret documents while killing nazis. The mild sci-fi element reminds me of Hellboy and there's even a minor element of free-roam involved. The only downside would have to be the persistent console-fps vibe. I'm not that far into the game, but I'm enjoying myself for what it's worth. (Which is more than I can say for RtCW)

Nicolai says its pretty descent except for multilayer and the veil stuff. Veil stuff does look kind of stupid I have to admit.

Really? No Enemy Territory? I used to love that game in College.

No, it's a hypothetical future Rex if he continues on his path. I think it's a goon from SA but only the few educated ones of us will get it.
