<p>I don't have much information about it but some people were playing it in #fallout last night and I thought it was a joke. I like that the stuff doesn't regenerate.

Also I dislike it.

The towns are representative of population/area, so even if looted, more stuff should appear to represent that the visible amount is not all there is.

Still, depleting resources is way better than instancing, and it is genre appropriate.


Also, wilderness encounters need to be enabled, also special encounters.

I'm just wandering around.

Got to trying it, and apparently combat is turn-based for random encounters, if you set it up that way in preferences that is. It's an improvement from the realtime clusterfuck, but there are some issues, specifically concerning npc's who are not involved in combat taking their sweet-ass time to figure out what to do.
