I was expecting it to suck, but it surprised me a bit. It wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting, but I get what you mean. It was missing something. I think it just needed more depth.

Are you referring to Surrogates or the more recently mentioned international gang bang flick based on 12 Monkeys?

I don't think making a porn version of Clockwork Orange would be too terribly taxing on a writer. It's pretty close in its original form.

Must have been referring to Surrogates, as anyone who saw it knows 12 monkeys was not at all lacking in "depth"
