Why not merge big guns and small guns? Or first aid and doctor? Or better yet, let's just make a Brotherhood of Steel sequel...

Beauty of Borderlands was that they were starting from scratch and didn't have any guidelines to follow as far as their building codes. Chances are that FO4, if made, will steal something from BL's success in order to improve gameplay, rather than just go back to Fallout essentials.
