I started at 10 am yesterday with some Snow Leopard vodka. First time that I've bought it and I wasn't disappointed. Vodka kept me going for about first half of the day. When I got back from my tutorial in the afternoon, I switched to some schnapps that my friend got me from Switzerland, but switched back to vodka for the last part of the evening, all in all about 2/3 litre of vodka over the course of the day. Didn't look at the bottle of schnapps. Oh and a bottle of Riesling with dinner, fantastic white! I wasn't even all that drunk but in the middle of the night, my body just gave up and I went and threw up a lot. I'm still feeling a bit shaky, but I'm going over to a friend's tonight, for which I've prepared two bottles of gin (a litre of Bombay Sapphire and 700ml on Tanqueray [wonderful stuff]). Should get some sleep first though.

I think I'm starting to sober up completely. Shaking, etc. I was fine and dandy until like thirty minutes ago.

I think I need to either drink more or puke. I'm not sure.

Honestly? When you find yourself drinking alone at home, just because you have nothing better to do with your time. That, to me, is when you cross the line.

Getting drunk in your underwear in pleasant company is always worth a laugh or two. Black Horse and Santa Maria make up a nice combination.

I always found the line was when I'd wake up at 6am, mouth dry and craving a beer like something fierce. I go through cycles of drinking till I hit that point then I stop drinking completely, then about two weeks down the track I'll get a massive curry and crack open the first beer with that.

That being said, that was my drinking habit before my Dad died. since then its just a free-for-all attempt to wipe out my liver.

I actually go out every Friday after work. Sometimes I'm out for two or three drinks, sometimes twenty. Depends on how the week went.
