[ Company -> Update ] - More info on Company: Bethesda v. Interplay

After failing to defeat Interplay in the preliminary injunction hearing, Bethesda has decided to part ways with their old law firm, DLA Piper, and go with this new one instead. Steptoe & Johnson LLC will now be representing Bethesda, as per this court filling from the software company which DAC has obtained:

NOTICE OF ENTRY OF APPEARANCE
The Clerk will please note the entry of the appearance of Howard H. Stahl of the law firm Steptoe & Johnson LLP, as counsel for the Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, Bethesda Softworks, LLC, in the above-referenced matter. I certify that I am admitted to practice before this Court.
Respectfully submitted,
STEPTOE & JOHNSON LLP

This lawfirm has over 450 attorneys in 8 offices around the world. I'm drawing a complete blank on the name of Bethesda's previous law firm at the moment, but I'm pretty sure it was even bigger than this one. Anyone remember?

Dr.Xen reminded me that Bethesda's previous law firm was DLA Piper, one of the world's largest law firms. They have over 3,500 lawyers in 29 countries and 67 offices throughout the world, making them much bigger than Bethesda's new law firm. So I guess Bethesda has untagged Big Guns, and went with Small Guns instead.
