<p>There is some interesting<em><strong> Mad Max 4</strong></em> story news out today, and some less interesting casting news. <a href="http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienew ... >Here's</a> the scoop:</p>

<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Nicholas Hoult (A Single Man, upcoming Clash of the Titans) has joined the cast of George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road, while Zoe Kravitz, Adelaide Clemens and the previously-reported Teresa Palmer are also in talks to come on board.

<em>The Hollywood Reporter</em> says the new movie is set a short while after the story detailed in 1985's <strong>Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome</strong> which keeps Mad Max relatively young.

Hoult's character is named Nux. Kravitz, whose character's name is Five Wives, Palmer and Clemens are in a convoy being chased by bad guys.

Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy are starring in the film which Warner Bros. will start shooting in Australia this summer.</em></p>

I'm surprised Sam Worthington didn't get the part or whatever. Hes australian, new, and already in big movies.

Sam Worthington doesn't really pull off that "ragged survivor" look though. I think about T4, and yeah just looked far too well fed, etc.

Tom Hardy doesn't really really seem to be a fitting choice, either.

He looks more lean and chiseled than Worthington. With the right "starvation and pain" coach he could look like a feral survivor.
