Slincer: Preludium - Polish game in post-apocalyptic Warsaw
<strong>[ Game -> Article ]</strong>
<p>A fellow by the name of Lukasz Wasilewski stopped by to let us know about a new post-apocalyptic game that's in the works called <strong><em>Slincer: Preludium</em></strong>. I'll let him do the talking:</p>
<blockquote>
<p>Hello.
Recently I finished first track for the game (working title - Slincer:
Preludium) I’m scoring. Using few concept arts from this game I made
short video presenting my first track from sountrack:
<object width="480" height="385" data="http://www.youtube.com/v/fq0MGRVW4Yw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
<param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" />
<param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" />
<param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/fq0MGRVW4Yw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" />
<param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" />
</object>
</p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Slincer: Preludium is supposed to be FPS/survival horror, taking place
in very small area of post-apocalyptic Warsaw, developed by Disturbia
Games. Our plan is to create story driven action RPG title Slincer
where gamer would be able to explore big part of ruined capitol of
Poland. However, because we are young and small studio, we decided to
firstly work on much smaller project - Slincer: Preludium which,
nevertheless, is going to be as atmospheric as his "bigger brother".
What is important is fact that at this moment Slincer: Preludium is
going to be freeware.
You can check our official blog <a href="http://slincer.com/" target="_blank">http://slincer.com/</a> (unfortunately in
Polish) or just contact Project Manager of Slincer - Jakub Konicki

As apposed to the Swedish?MR Snake wrote:Booooorrrrinnng.
Polish people can not do games well, they only fuck it up.

It's funny that the only good game in the list of Swedish games is Battlefield 1943, given Swedens "neutrality" that allowed the Nazis to freely roam their country. I don't know what's worse; pushing the National Socialist agenda through an all-out invasion of Europe, or rolling over to it like the Swedes did but actually being too pussy to fight.

Sweden only has 9 million people? My city alone has around 2.5 million. Don't people in Sweden fuck?MR Snake wrote:Poland has 38 million people, Sweden has 9, its simple math really. And with those 9, Sweden makes not only better games, but more of them.
And no, the point I was making, is Swedish games suck pony dick.

Sweden has the most people, actually, when compared to her neighbours.
