Just saw a movie called I ♥ you Phillip Morris, and I can whole-heartedly recommend this to all of you. It's based on a true story of Steve Russell, which makes it even more intriguing. It's got some romance, got some sex, plenty of comedy elements (Jim Carrey), a dash of seriousness and enough plot twists to keep you interested. The main theme, besides love, is that people easily trust such 'authorities', which sound and look convincing without ever checking their background or caring for their work's substance. Con-artistry for the win!
The funny part is that it has premiered earlier in Europe than in US, even though it's an American movie shot on American soil and played by American actors. Apparently none of the movie distributors in US want to touch it, because it's *ewwww* about gay men who fall in love.
