sure, if you really think that any differences between drinks containing significant amounts of a substance that fucks with your metabolism and has two thirds of the energy content of fucking petrol are going to have any significance to some flabby cunt trying to lose weight

Whats the best way to put on health weight feel drawnout at the moment and sure its from not eating right, so whats a skinny man to do?

so I guess you want to put on wait but not clog your arteries with cholesterol?
Then eat lots of carbs (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc)
and avoid saturated (and trans) fats (real butter, fried oil, fatty meat). Eat fruit and veg to get your vitamins and keep the meals varied and nice.
Obviously don't forget about protein: meat, fish, cheese, eggs - by all means have a lot of that + exercise.

If, on the other hand, you JUST want to quickly put on weight and don't care about health, have a mug of oil with sugar every 2 hours and don't get up from your chair.

I always gain weight when I'm in a relationship for longer periods. To lose the extra pounds, the first time around I went with a strict regimen of exercise and careful dietary choices and I was pretty ripped really. This time I went the mamma in Requiem for a Dream route, and voila now I look like a shriveled Adonis even though I've mostly just sat on the couch the whole time.
