Vic help!

i have this problem with Vic in that every time i try to talk to him he says "I Had It Up To Here!" its becoming a real problem and because of it i cant even enter NCR as the guard shoots us because i cant have Vic put his gun away! any help would be much appreciated

You probably didn't patch your game? Vic is one bugged motherfucker, even the more so before patching.
Doesn't seem like you can do much, so just waste him.

Instead, start all over with killap's Restoration patch (google), it's a must have and fixes over 5 gazillion bugs.

Vic is awesome. Give him a steady supply of drugs and rifleammo and you have yourself a bitch to boss around.
