No, there's a lot of unique things in the world. Sleeve tattoos aren't one of them. Get over it.

EDIT: Actually, I'm bored of talking to you. You win.

Sleeve Tattoos = Maverick

Enjoy.

oh come on, dont be such a lil bitch..
i dig how because i disagree with what youre saying, my stance must be the polar opposite. what you, and a lot of kids on internet forums for that matter dont seem to get is that theres plenty of middle room..... in this case, where tattoos can be unique designs that happen to cover someones arm, like they cover other peoples arms.

Regardless of the design, the tattoo itself is a style, and I'm saying that having a style burn't into your arm forever is retarded. I'm not saying tattoos are bad. But I think tattoos should be original, or funny or whatever. Sleeve tattoos usually possess a banal design, that usually means nothing. A sleeve tattoo is a fashion statement, which wouldn't be bad, if it wasn't permanent. However, it is, and I've never met a serious tattoo enthusiast who would even dream of getting a sleeve tatt, and I know a LOT of tattoo enthusiasts.

its not to say that some people dont have sleeves merely cause theryre hipster douches.
but you (or at least I) cant lump all of the people who have sleeves intot hat ccatergory... i dont make it a habit to hang with hiopsters, yet i know people with sleeves. some are surfers who get an ocean mural to show how much they feel connected with the ocean and their lifestyle.. others are former gang memebers who are tying to cover older shit up. some are "addicted" to getting inked and have run out of places to put tatts. Some are going for a full suit sort of think to pay homage to their heritage.. is our boy at Obsidian one of these? i dunno.. but im not gonna jump to conclusions one way or another.

of course if you get a sleeve tattoo, its because you are wanting people to see it.. though, it would make you more of a "maverick" than you appear to give credit for, because you still have to find a job with that sleeve, which is why i think more tattoo enthusiasts dont get them.

Thank you my sartorial brother. The full tuck is way too dorky for me, and I need the half tuck to prevent this tent-like effect that makes me look pregnant.

I'm trying to avoid the Rex Ryan effect.

But my gut ain't nowheres near that big.

Sleeve tattoos almost comes off to me like wannabe Yakuza. Like when suburban white kids get dreadlocks.

Hey, I havn't seen your tattoos, so I'm not judging yours, but the ones in the picture looked shit, and most sleeve tattoos I've seen are shit.

But you DID judge Cim over his shirt tucking technique, so you aren't too clean mister :chick:

no, Cim and i go back a ways. i was just taking the piss out of his peculiar shirt-tuck style...in an NFL thread of all things. it wasn't a personal judgment of his personality, individuality or sincerity either, for the record.

My fragile self esteem is still shattered in a thousand pieces.
Yeah, you can't see the full picture, but I was taunting in front of the Patriots 3 Spectacular Super Bowl Trophies at the time. 3 in 4 years, never been done before. Suck on it. Bitches.

I lived in nip-land a long time. Sleeve tattoo = Yakuza. They invented it. They stopped at the sleeve for a reason. All else is derivative. You want to look like a Yakuza bad-ass, chop your fingertips off, then we'll talk.

George Carlin said it best - used to be cool to have a tattoo because only the squares didn't. Now all the squares do have tattoos.

so true. the reason i've gotten all these tattoos was to be cool and fashionable. oh wait...no. no, i got them because i WANTED FUCKING TATTOOS, you asswipe.

*yanks the front of Cinnabuns' shirt from his pants*

you're not one to talk about "fashion", buddy. p.s. is there a FF league here, or are you all too ghey for the NFL?

I've pondered this, as other than ridiculing their humorless, sanctimonious bullshit at NMA, the FF is the only reason I go there. I consider myself a DACK operative behind enemy lines when I go there.

It's not really a matter of ghey here, it's a matter of coherence, sobriety, and lucid decision making.

You see, Sunday is detox day at DACK.

I'd be willing to do it, but I don't know that you could find 8 of these jokers willing to give FF that grave seriousness and attentiveness it deserves.
Can you imagine negotiating a trade with Blargh? Actually, yeah, let's do this DACK.

Fantasy football is for the worst kind of statistic crunching, stat memorizing nerd. Only difference between them and D&D players is the D&D players pretend to be the thing they're memorizing the shit for.
