Speaking of glitches, I was helping a friend with her first playthrough a couple hours ago. She goes into the subway tunnels underneath the Museum of history, entering from the Central Metro tunnels, and that gruffy black guy (Sibley?) from Op:Anch randomly spawns in the room.
