Robin Hood

Post by POOPERSCOOPER »

I saw it last Friday but since I'm not seeing a movie today I thought I will give you guys my review. It's a Robin Hood origin story with Russel Crowe and Riddley Scott but the movie is kind of slow and a bit bland. The movie just sets it up to tell the Robin Hood story which in itself is kind of boring but whatever. Last battle is pretty decent and is shot well but it doesn't really make up for the rest.

Either way Russel crowe has one of those faces where you can't tell if the rest of him is going to be buff or fat. In this case he takes his shirt off and is buff but I was expecting him to be kind of tubby. I hope that was an interesting insight.

The movie is alright but don't go in expecting something good or great. I liked one of the movies trailer pretty well and I thought if they just made the movie like that preview it would be good.

I felt it mediocre. Men in Tights will forever be the best Robin Hood.

I won't watch Robin Hood as I lack interest in the story.

My favourite part is the end where he tells the half naked children riding ponies to ride in behind their caverly to kill the french.

Half naked children. On fucking ponies! PONIES!

oh man. this just reminded me of that animated version with the foxes...which in turn reminded me that as a little kid i remember having mild and unexplainable stirrings over Maid Marion, and just now realized that this means i was a temporary furry.

this on the other hand...

The fox version was quite possibly one of my favorite movies of childhood. And yeah, I was pretty much obsessed with fox robin hood to the point of making a green tunic and hat like he wears that was worn outside of Halloween far too much. So yeah, temporary furry I guess too...

I didn't think it looked very good. Iron Man is the movie to see right now, especially if you are a superhero buff.

It could be both? He could have stepped in shit that was deposited in a mud puddle? I mean, it could even be his. It's not like he wears pants.
