Why oh why would I even want extra stuff from the start? It's like starting Half Life 2 with a Rocketlauncher. Or have I misunderstood the point?
This is more likely a reason for me not to buy the game on pre-order than to buy it. Also WHAT MORON WOULD PUT A FUCKING ARMORED PLATE ON ONE SHOULDER ON THE VAULT SUITE?
They really don't care about any genuine setting do they?

And that's why it's called "classic"

(no backing down!)
Seriously though it just look so much worse in bethesdas version. In the F1 version that i had totaly forgotten it looks like the metal part there is somehow holding the cloth under together and thus the strap together. In bethesdas version it looks like an attempt at a gladiator armor.

Not really, the new version's pretty dang close to the original. It's a scroungers outfit, pure'n simple.
But then, who cares about these pre-order packs anyways? Starting with an advantage has always sucked, it's like playing Pokemon yellow when you could play green or pink. What I wanna know is- is there another lunchbox if I fork over even more of my hard-earned cash?
