Who founded Duck and Cover anyway? I seem to recall a time when Duck and Cover was just a site with tons of Fallout related files, but none actually being a full version of the game

fucking searched forever on here and NMA for the FOT toolset. And for fallout 1 i would cry myself to sleep every night hoping to edit my own levels into the game 1 day. But even now fallout 1 mapping is shit.

also i use to hex edit the exe and be like i have some chance , however small, that i will hex edit new features into the game by pure luck. i would overwite huge sections of the file with zeros to see the effect on the game.
