GD is GD. Spaceships, soccer, etc. Not Fallout technical questions.
In the meantime, how about a bit more detail on your situation? All you've said boils down to:
1.) You have a collection of save game mods for FO/FO2.
2.) You can't find the save games on your new computer.
We'll get the simple stuff out of the way first.
1.) Is Fallout installed on your new computer?
2a.) Did you transfer files from your old computer to this one?
2b.) Were your Fallout folders and save games among the transferred files (if any)?
Really though, just reinstall Fallout and/or Fallout 2 and start a new game.

1.) Of course it is.
2a.) No. I can’t- I can’t find the savegames file to transfer the old savegames (not that I want to).
2b.) No.
I reinstalled three times. I still can’t find a savegame file.
I think it’s because I am using Vista…

Based on your response, I'm assuming that you cannot find save game files that you have saved from your current installation.
I haven't tried FO on Vista myself, but try looking in (Assuming your OS is based on your C drive)
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\BlackIsle\Fallout2
where <UserName> is your username
By default, apps that write to the Program Files directory, at least with standard user permissions, will get redirected to/from the Virtual Store.

You could try doing a file search:
Try going to the command line and then:
- Go to the root of your drive (CD\)
- Run dir /B /S SAVE.DAT
Assuming the dir command feature set has not been reduced in vista, this should list all of the "SAVE.DAT"s on that drive (Of course, It may take a while to run). You may have to check both your game drive and system drive if you have multiple HDDs.
Alternatively, you can probably do a search for "SAVE.DAT" in the GUI and see if you can find it that way.
