Julie's thinking about dropping some cash on a few different weapons. One of which, was supposedly a functioning Thompson with drum magazine, though I think the guy she was told by might be trying to con her on it.

Of the ones I've suggested, there's the P90, SVD Dragunov, SCAR, and a European Double-Action revolver which I can't seem to recall the name of.

Any suggestions?

I'm still planning to buy that semi-auto AK (or AK-clone). The legislation's just a bit rough (I'm not sure if I'll ever get a license for it) + you need to own proper lockers to store your firearms in, which pretty much doubles the cost of getting one.

With the p90 it's an SBR. So either pay $200 tax stamp, or get the hideously ugly 16" barrel.

SVD kicks ass, saw a yugo version in 8mm mauser (super cheap)


FN SCAR is nice. But iirc they're about $2500.
