How do I get into boxing promotion and eventually become a professional boxing promoter? I wanted to see how I could get into promoting boxing. I know there can be a lot of money in that field and it is a field I would be interested in having a career in. Is there anyone out there that knows the steps I need to take and what is involved in becoming a successful boxing promoter?

3. print off some sick posters and stick them in barz
4. fight night! make sure to provide plenty of champagne, the boxers favourite drink
5. place some big bets against your boxer and slip him a mickey rourke dvd like the wrestler shove it in his butt and kick it so he shards of dvd in his butt

You know it really can't hurt to read a book or two, whether biography or autobiography, about any field you wish to undertake. Your outlook on things does really seem rather limited at times I will point out.

I aspire to be a boxer myself in fact so I may be keeping an eye on this thread. Can't do much training until my surgery is over, though.

How does one decide he wants to be a boxing promoter? It's like being 5 years old and saying you want to be a sports agent but not the sport star. Either way there was a movie awhile back with samual jackson and jeff goldblum and it sounds like a movie you should watch for tips and tricks.
