Well I somewhat agree with Wolfman walt I guess but Jap games don't do as well as they used to considering how much video games have grown since the late 90's. The latest FF may have sold more than the older ones from the late 90's but not enough more to keep up with the growth the industry had for awhile I guess.

I think it's mainly that Japs now have more competition. With MS launching xbox it brought a lot of PC developers over to consoles and no longer were Japs the dominate developers on consoles.

I don't know what to say I just don't like Jap games as I used to.

I've dabbled with Recettear. It's twee as fuck. Quite addictive, though. :drunk:

I do have to admit that Japs can make pretty imaginative games with nice art occasionally and should not be underestimated. :america:

Yeah even though the yanks lost a few battles in it was still an overwhelming victory overall. Pearl Harbor was their (Japs) best and only real crushing victory in any battle.

I think the people of Nanking and Manchuria at large would disagree with that assessment.

*Shrug* so I'm not a WW2 specialist, Christ most of the world is trying to move on from that shit anyway so any halfwit should be grateful for any spec of knowledge on the subject from someone bored enough to look into it.

Yeah, you really ought to crack a book once in awhile. It's an interesting point in history, if nothing else.
